Liba Stones is the Founder and CEO of DiCro. She has previously led NHS research and development in senior roles at Royal Free London, King's College Hospital and Cumbria Partnership, followed by experience in academic and pharma research, before moving into private-sector digital health, regulatory strategy, and clinical trial delivery. She founded DiCro in 2023 to bring together regulatory, clinical, and commercial expertise in support of innovative healthcare technologies.
Dr Ameet Bakhai is a Consultant Cardiologist at Royal Free London and Principal Investigator / Clinical Studies Officer at DiCro.
He brings extensive clinical and research leadership in cardiology, alongside deep experience in clinical trial design, delivery and risk management in designing and deploying digital health technologies.

Alice Fisher is a Clinical Research Nurse who leads the research portfolio at Elliot Hall Medical Centre, supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical research and patient-centred care. She ensures that research is delivered to high standards of safety, quality, and Good Clinical Practice, while maintaining a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
